This allows lenders to see for themselves thats work is being completed with the intended materials as specified by the loan requirements.

We take a list provided by the lender and tape the items on the list. All work completed will be included. On most projects we ask for the builder or site superintendent to accompany our videographer to make sure there are no misunderstandings as to where and what subjects the lender is looking for.

We provide a written log and chaptered DVD that allows you to find the information you need quickly and easily. A certificate of inspection is also provided.
